Bought 4G wifi from internet as pay as you go. Its been hell ever since. Need internet to work from home. I tried to change to pay monthly which was convoluted and the phone kept going so I decided fine Ill keep pay as you go but i cant do the most basic things like check my balance. How do you check your balance?!? Urrrgh had such poor service from EE, no one calls back, no one helps and they take youe time and money. Its been a hellish experience and all because im pay as you go. Ive never experienced this from an established company like EE they literally dont give a sh*t
