      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have&amp;nbsp; an EE 5G data SIM in a 5GEE router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Overnight EVERY night the router is disconnected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does not reconnect, nor switch to a 4G signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings are&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Network search mode: Auto&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Network mode:&amp;nbsp;Auto (5G/4G)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am having to restart every morning in order to force reconnection.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have seen some older posts, but none with a solution.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Nothing on the EE service check page re. overnight works or anything like that.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any suggestions please?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the link, on checking I got this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H2&gt;Good network, but there was a problem in your area (S350**)&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;H2&gt;Updated on 10 Jul 2024 at 9:03 PM&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;P&gt;No explanation of what the problem was but hopefully that was the cause of my disconnections overnight and it will be back to normal now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just end up going round and round in circles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried multiple times and different devices and browsers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;~Enter my postcode~&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It tells me i should have good 5G coverage indoor and outdoors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;~Click on report a problem~&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;~Click on only need to check mobile~ and I'm back to entering my postcode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;~Click on login and check your area~ I do that and it says "We can’t check our broadband network right now" as if checking landline broadband.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We used to, but switched to your mobile broadband at the end of the last contract. I bought the 5G contract and router through National Broadband. They say this is due to EE band sleeping and washed their hands of it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to add the sim card to MyEE that failed too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even if that BB Service Status were working it'll be no use to you. It's for checking the status of fixed Home BB. You need to check Mobile&amp;nbsp;Service Status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
