I have just purchased a EE Smart 4G Hub and installed it at home. All of which is fine and it connects ok to my devices. It connects to my work laptop fine, however when I try to connect through my works VPN it states it can’t connect.

I have spoken to EE who told me sometimes the network prevent you access through VPN.

Can anyone help me with a way around this, so I can access to work? Otherwise I am looking to have to leave and find a provider who can allow VPN.

Hi @HooperSpeds

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried speaking with your VPN provider/work's IT helpdesk? They may be able to help understand what the issue is and run through some troubleshooting.
