5G Router with Tenda Nova MX3 Mesh

Hi, I have an EE 5G router, as per the below picture and am trying to connect to a Tenda Nova MX3 Mesh. Has anyone else done this, or had experience of it? The Tenda wifi app cannot 'find' the master node when I use it, but when I then manually connect the Tenda wifi from the node to it, it will occasionally be briefly found by the app, but as it is going through setup it times out.

Has anyone installed a Tenda Nova MX3 with EE 5G and have any tips? Thanks for your help

I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer of your mesh system for help with setting it up.

Is your EE router working OK when you connect to it directly?

Hi James, yes it is. I have contacted the manufacturer. They are at a loss and suggest I return it to the supplier. This was a last reach out in case anyone knew of any issues.

I’ve now sent the device back.

Are there any recommendations or known working Mesh systems with EE 5G broadband. I have a few black spots in the house and am looking to resolve. Thank you.

I am looking for a solution to take out the black spots in my home and keep the same WiFi name. I have 5G broadband with EE.
I have tried a Tenda mesh solution but could not get it to work. Does anybody have any recommendations for MESH with EE 5G WiFi that has worked for them?

I would be looking for WiFi 6, dual channel and to be able to keep up the WiFi speed. Currently I am able to get up to 250 mbps download.
