Slower and Slower mobile speec

EE service getting worse since the take over by BT. Random take down without any notice supposedly to upgrade the service but the speed is getting slower and slower. Customers around our rural location are getting fed up with the way the mobile service is being handled.
There were grants available from the Government to help get a service over30 Mbs and it achieved that now we are down to under 21 Mbs download and under 4 Mbs upload . What is really going on with BT & EE and the associated Companies? Surely there must be some joined up working between them!!!! Come on guys we are your customers .

Is it a mobile router that you're using or a mobile phone? What is the estimated coverage like for your area?

I have here an outside antenna that brings the signal into a 4GEE router.
The Copper wire gives 0.7 Mbs.Max.
