4G WiFi network name not found

i I have bought an EE 4G WiFi, the sim is in, it’s fully charged but the network name is not coming up on my devices (iPhone 15 and laptop) when I go on WiFi. What am I doing wrong?!

@Karenmarie77 The sim is in the device the correct way round? Is this on PAYG or contract ? have you tried the sim in your iPhone as it will fit.

Try resetting via the button on the device. Also make sure your device is discoverable and refresh your wifi list on your phone.
