Can no longer access admin page for 4G Wifi Mini Hub

Hi , When I go to 192.168.1.1 it is no longer accessible since I was in an area with an EE service fault reported last week. I get information saying 192.168.1.1 site can't be reached. 4gee.wifi's IP Address could not be found error all the time. I have reset the device countless times, cleared my cache etc but still no possible solution & mo help whatsoever from EE. Ive tried the 192.168.1.1 URL on different devices connected to the router but still no luck. It iis connecting devices to internet ok, but i cant get access to 192.168.1.1 admin page to manage network key etc. Please help me...

Even with no mobile signal you can always access the admin pages of the router. It is purely a local WiFi access.
