Hi sir/madam. It’s a new EE4G mini router device I have and it is not letting me login with the password that came with it .what can I do you sort this problem out ? Yours sincerely holly

Are you trying to connect a device and this is the WiFi password?

The default admin password is for accessing the settings in your WiFi device, we are unable to change the password for you on the community.

In this case, please login to your mobile WiFi router at http://192.168.1.1 and use admin as the username, and admin as the password, or use the password found under the battery cover.

Once logged in you will have WiFi settings and you can change the password.

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover. Then on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like.
