Mesh wifi hub not connecting to EE data sim in Huawei mobile router

I have a Huawei CPE pro router and a tenda nova mesh wifi system. The set up works perfectly with my O2 sim card but when I put my EE sim into the router the mesh system is not able to connect. I have tried restarting and any other simple fixes but the problem persists, as soon as i revert back to my O2 sim the system works perfectly.

Does anyone know what the problem could be or how I might be able to fix it?

Does the router work when you connect a device to it in the normal fashion?

Hi Chris,

Yes it appears to, I’ve only tried connecting my phone to run a speed test
which seemed to work ok, although getting no where near the speeds I was
told I would!
