Hey I recently signed up to a mobile broadband package for me home. I was under the impression I would recieve a hub? But only a SIM card arrived. Is this right?

The girl on the phone def said I had to pay the £6.95 for delivery because the package was worth £300. Surely a SIM card is not worth £300.
It was the unlimited package incase that matters

For mobile BB you should get a mobile router.

Didn't you see which router you'd get when you ordered it?

I ordered on the phone… the phone call was initially about something else. So I hadn’t looked into/heard of the mobile BB untill the phone call
