Hi,

could someone please help I have had to reset my mini dongle iv had it for years now but I have forgot the WiFi password and don’t have the sticker on the back or the keep safe card I’m wondering if there is anything I could do as the admin thing isn’t working ether

If you connect the router to a computer using the USB cable, are you able to access the hub manager?

no i can not get on to the hub/admin sight

Hi @Nev70

You need to access your hub manager to change the password settings. Please plug your router into a PC/Laptop and head to the hub manager:

http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the password found under the battery cover.

If you can't access it, you will need to speak with our technical support team.
