I have topped up my WiFi device using the mobile number but I can't turn it into data as I am unable to find a way to do it online or in the app.

I constantly have to ring and it converted. I need to top up my 4g again until my WiFi is installed

It won't show my number for the WiFi device. It's like it isn't connected to my account properly

The link I gave you will show your mobile no. at the top. It has nowt to do with your EE a/c. It's independent.
