Channel conflict on 5GEE router

I'm trying to change the wifi channel on my 5GEE Router but they are all greyed out and auto is conflicting on 36. Can anyone advise please.

What is the reason you're looking to change your band? Are you having problems with the WiFi connection?

The mesh setting was ticked and that was why the channels were greyed out. I untickled it and was able to change to channel 40 which is not conflicting with other wifis nearby
