Hi,

I have just finished setting up my new EE 4G WIFI and I'm having some issues with Spotify Connect.

All devices have been reset/restarted and set up on the new Wifi. When playing music on Spotify on my phone and going to connect to a speaker (Google Home Mini), I see the device listed but when clicking it just says 'Connecting...' but the music never actually plays through the speaker. The Google Home Mini does make the connection noise, but that's where the process ends.

I have also just noticed that every time I open Spotify on my phone there is a little black banner at the bottom that says "No Internet connection available' - Is Spotify not recognising the EE Wifi?

I haven't had this issue with any of my previous Mobile Wifi providers (Huawei on GiffGaff, Smarty and Talk Mobile)

Any suggestions for fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you able to try connecting another device to your Google Home mini?
