      <title>EE netflix not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After changing from bt to EE at their (bt)suggestion. Couple days fine now Netflix and amazon won't load,&amp;nbsp; download on 4g 28mbps ,&amp;nbsp; yet worked on bt at 2.5 mbps. Any help please , suppose to be plug and play not having to re program routers, tv etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Router supplied last week 4g unlimited data from ee via bt, square white&lt;BR /&gt;box on off at front 4 led on top, can check model when i get home , Samsung&lt;BR /&gt;tv, blahpukt tv amazon eventually comes on , netfix can not connect yet&lt;BR /&gt;did first few days, plugged by back in still running for week or so 2.5mbps&lt;BR /&gt;worked instantly on netflix</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried restarting the router and TV and connecting the TV again to see if this works for you?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi leanne.&lt;BR /&gt;Yes tried usual things all off etc. Only things connected by WiFi 2x&lt;BR /&gt;phones, 2 tv.&lt;BR /&gt;Other people keep saying it's dns but i don't know how to change that on tv&lt;BR /&gt;and didn't expect to.&lt;BR /&gt;Was going to call bt when i got home to change back and return ee, 2.5mbps&lt;BR /&gt;working is better than 25mbps + not working.&lt;BR /&gt;If there's a simple solution I'll keep the 4g but don't want to be in a&lt;BR /&gt;position closing bt and then having ee problems. I bought it for streaming&lt;BR /&gt;and so we could use WhatsApp at same time as tv or even two tv at same,&lt;BR /&gt;which we can't with 2.5mbps bt broadband. At moment paying £50 pm and can't&lt;BR /&gt;watch TV &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":tired_face:"&gt;😫&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;David, hope we can sort it</description>

      <description>Hi Leanne.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried something others were trying ,changing the dns settings to 8.8.8.8&lt;BR /&gt;on tv which i managed to do , amazingly, and Netflix is loading. I'll keep&lt;BR /&gt;checking throughout the day and evening make sure it stays stable., fingers&lt;BR /&gt;crossed.&lt;BR /&gt;Something to remember if someone else has same problem&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;David</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just had thank you from EE for my answer , but that's not my answer to tv problem..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My answer is create new router profile, coy previous settings you will need most of them, change the ivp4,6 to just ivp4 and save , set new profile as de fault. No tv problems since.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
