4G disconnecting

Hey

if anyone can help with this issue I would much appreciate it.
my 4G is constantly disconnecting about 2-3 times a day. Phone is only 2 years old. Having to reset my phone when it does this or else it won’t work.
any reason why this suddenly happened?
please note I am not very tech savvy!

Hello

Have you tried the Sim Card in another phone to see if you can get 4G working?

If that doesn't work then I'd ask for a replacement sim card by calling 150 or go into one of their stores with Photo ID such as a Passport or Driving Licence.

Does this happen in one specific location, or across multiple areas? The former would suggest a network issue, the latter could be phone or SIM-related.

nope. its anywhere it happens. whole phone is down now. sorry i dont have access to my emails or phone. i have a new sim card on the way. sorry i may not be able to reply to this until next week. thanks for your help.

thanks. yeah phone is totally dead now. have ordered a new sim card.
