We bought an EE unlimited data sim with Huawei hotspot modem.

We can connect phones and Laptops to the Internet with this, but for some reason the bush tv that we have won't connect. It connects to the modem and shows WLAN connection but says no Internet connection when we try to connect to Netflix etc.

Also our Google speaker won't play music stations.

Any ideas?

Have you tried forgetting the network on your TV. Is the TV software up to date. I would even try resetting your TV under settings if available.

As for the Google speaker can you reset this device?

If your mobile router has the choice between 2.4 & 5 GHz WiFi bands connect the TV to the 2.4 GHz SSID.
