EE smart router blocking printer. HELP

Hello,

I am having an issue with connecting my HP computer to my Epson printer over Wifi, (SMART ROUTER 5GEE) this has recently happened it was working previously.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it cannot be found at all on the device search. The router is temperamental and just on my PC the signal stops when connected to Spotify and other apps, seems ok on browsers.

We have Macfee installed as well not sure if it's a firewall thing.

I don't have much experience so google my way through this.

Any advise welcome

Have you tried connecting using WPS?

This did not work. The printer doesn't show at all on the devices.

Are you able to connect other devices to your router successfully, @LauraBee1?

yes all of the other PC's, laptops, and mobile phone connect and can use the printer.

Hi @LauraBee1,

If all other devices are able to connect successfully, I'd recommend reaching out to the printer's manufacturer for support.
