      <title>Spent 90 minutes on phone. Cut off twice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve spent 90 minutes on the phone this afternoon on 2 calls to change my plan. Both calls were cut off before any conclusion. Neither agent &amp;nbsp;bothered to ring me back to complete. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;What options have I got? There’s no email address to contact them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m left in limbo as I haven’t managed to change my plan and not prepared to waste another few hours on the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can”t update on the online store due to a complication in my plan. Ringing the number you mention involves a 30 minute wait and, based on previous experience, talking to an agent and being cut off before reaching any agreement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ll try again tomorrow hoping that the wait time is less.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Called EE the following day (Sunday). Answered within a few minutes. After about an hour and a quarter on the phone we reached an agreement . Result!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
