Hi any one had any issues with the 4g mobile not working when plugged into the socket but sims to work when plugged into the laptop?

Which device are you using?

What happens when the device is not plugged in and you try to use data?

Hi Leanna

Just the mobile broadband Wifi which has been working absolutely fine but for the last month. Basically what happens when i first plug it in and connect to EE works great but when i stop using it, it stops working so have to restart it? This has only happened in the last month!

Have you tried resetting the device using a PIN in the reset button?
