    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.my question is about my ee71 modem which i bought recently.so after i turn on my modem everything is right and I connect to it with my phone or ps5 but my issue is the modem led lights will completely turns off after a few seconds and stays off until I press the power button even when it's connected to power adapter,,is it normal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate any help thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, that is normal to conserve battery. As long as you are still getting a connection there is nowt to worry about.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for responding&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So that's normal even if I remove the battery and its power source is direct from the ac adapter?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As far as I can remember the Battery's Management will not let you run this Device without a Battery Installed, or it may Power Up without the Battery then Power Down again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2818"&gt;@XRaySpeX&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;points out the Device will sleep the Status Leds after a period of time after Boot Up or Button Press under normal running conditions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another thing to consider is the Device will Auto Power Off after a time period in the absent of at least one WiFi Connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These Devices can suffer from Battery issues, to check fully charge the Device before attempt to use it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;But that's one of options which I was looking for and I'm pretty sure it's working without battery installed just with the cable connected to device,I suppose it's a problem which my device have,any help appreciated thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
