You're logged into the EE Community with your EE ID already so you won't need to register again.

You'll just need to add your mobile broadband plan to your account.

I am planning to signup for a data-only 4g mobile broadband account, and put the SIM into my Huawei modem-router. My laptop runs Linux: has anyone got experience of using EE in this way? Thanks.

Thanks, but I was thinking more about how the EE web site supports extending or cancelling the contract. Some ISP web sites only work for Windows or Apple specific web browsers.

Can you access the EE website using your current internet connection, @picamanic?

If you can, you'll still be able to over EE mobile broadband.

With the three.co.uk web site, I could "access" it from Firefox+Linux, but when it cam to registering for the forum, it refused to work. That's why I asked if anyone had actually used Linux to access EE, rather than for opinions or theory.
