If the router has developed a fault, then either restarting it (in the first instance) or replacing it (if proven a hardware fault) would resolve that issue.

I have a 4G dish on the roof of my house with a SIM card in it. The cable from the dish connects to a router in the house to provide 4G broadband. Suddenly it’s not working anymore, yet there’s a 4G signal on my phone. Can I just connect a new router and all will be well? Many thanks for any advice.
PS The antenna appears to be fine and was just installed two years ago,
