Customers compromised by form falsification

The complaints feedback form does not allow the last part of a complaint to be sent if it is about the way supposed services are provided by innumerable extra analytics agents & 'extras' - all of which have to be paid for by the customer dire3ctly or by time wasted, & if the form was working properly it should not show the word count to be more than 500 if it is less, nor should it compromise the information provided regarding the mobile number that should correlate with ones account.

I've had the same problem today .Only 250+ words typed and form failed to send.I had to phone yet again to try to sort out my account. I had to dictate the form contents to the 'guide'. She did not respond to why form isn't working.
