&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you speak to customer service, we do not know who you are nor do we have any access to customer account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have enough funds on your bank account? When was the payment meant to be taken? &amp;nbsp;Customer service will be able to take a look for you why the payment has not been taken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
