      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just taken a contact out for a smart 5g hub but I’ve never received any correspondence from EE with my account number and I can’t link the hub to my account unless I have it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't use an a/c no. to link a mobile router. It counts as a mobile, not Broadband, for which you just link its SIM's mobile no.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help. But it asks for the sim number then sends a 4number code to it But as it’s a hub the sim is in you can’t get the message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
