I cannot connect my smart tv and mobile data. It accepts the Wi-Fi network name but not the Wi-Fi password that’s on the keep me card

EE Smart Wi-Fi. Did what you suggested. Got through to speak to an agent but nothing they suggested worked.

@GT67 : Which pwd, admin or WiFi? Can't you see the WiFi SSID from the other devices you are trying to connect to it?
