Most mobile routers allow you to read & reply to texts; some allow you to send. Login to it & look for the SMS section.

that still does not help I know now to connect a device to it but I dont know now to login to it.

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover.
