4g router

Hi there. All of a sudden, my 4g router won’t connect t to either 2.4 or 5ghz. All lights showing correctly. Tried rebooting resetting etc. still no joy. 4g on phones iPads etc all work fine using normal mobile data, so signal fine. We use the router for Netflix on TV etc.

Any suggestions, or is it new router time?
