4GEE WIFI MINI

Help - I got a 4ee wifi mini in 2019 and was hoping to reactivate it for the next month while in Ireland and need wifi to work. I tried logging on to the website with details but password not recognised, so set up a new account. Please can anyone tell me what I need to do to get it working again? Hopefully it will be simple and quick enough. Really wanted it working for tomorrow while crossing the Irish sea. But it probably wouldn't work there anyway as due 80-90 mile gales and a vortex 😞

Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Is it a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

When did you last use it?

Hi James,

It is a pay as you go and last used in Nov 2019. I haven't needed it since. But as in N Ireland with parents for a couple of weeks and there wifi signal is really poor (out in the countryside) it would be really helpful if I can activate again.

Hi @DonnaPP,

Your old SIM will have been disconnected after being out of use for an extended period.

You can order a new data SIM in our online shop or pick one up from your nearest EE Store.
