Hi.kindly assist am using services mobile provider in kenya called telcom,airtel and safaricon. Currently i cant acces the wifi its showing me to key in nck sim lock required and no simcard . Kindly assist in resetting the sim lock and procedure on how to set up on the said network.

@Dcst3477 if the device is requiring a NCK code you need to request the device to be network unlocked. Please read THIS and on how you can make the unlock request. There is even a link on there for you to use.

You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no.
