      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a massive problem, there is no way to link you account to your router like you could with BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone has made an error and you can't link produ cts I call them 4 months ago and was told it would be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think they want you to be able to control your own router as this weeks a blatant attempt to remove your control&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a similar problem &amp;amp; have already spoken to an agent a few days ago. They said that this feature is not working at the moment &amp;amp; couldn’t say when it will be.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I quoted the error, ‘Birth Date’ which the app told me to, &amp;amp; it didn’t do any good, as nice as the agent was!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;This is my error message when trying to link my sim, bearing in mind for nearly a year (since I joined), I have never been able to see ANYTHING relating to my mobile when I view my bill since it’s a bundled sim only &amp;amp; TV/BB package :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;“Your details don’t fully match those on the billing account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Call &lt;A href="tel:150" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;150&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; from your EE mobile or &lt;A href="tel:08009566000" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;0800 956 6000&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;from any other phone to get help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;You can quote error code: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Birth Date&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt; to your EE Guide so they know exactly how to help you”.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to simply link my physical monthly sim only with my broadband account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, agent Akeel is now dealing with this &amp;amp; fully understands the problem. He’ll work his magic &amp;amp; straighten things out in the background &amp;amp; call me in 2 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My DOB was wrong, &amp;amp; there are two other mobile numbers (from somewhere) which are TOTALLY irrelevant, linked to my account!?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Fingers crossed &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to get my mobile broadband linked since 2021. Calling 150 doesn't work. They either can't do it, or they do something that lasts for a month. I haven't achieved a permanent solution, and can't see a way forward. Letters are ignored.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
