    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted my 5g ee router, it is about 9 months old, and I haven't had to use it recently so not sure when it stopped working, but I tried also to do a reset using the usual tool, on the underside of the 5g ee router but no change to the situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The blue lights being on for the network type, and the globe icons, green light for the wifi/wps however the power light is constantly red and the network does not appear in the list of wifi networks available to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what to do next, as I am not sure what to do and the help community I can't seem to find anything similar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has it a PAYG SIM? If so,&amp;nbsp;Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, that sounds exactly like the problem! I'll give them a call and try to reactivate it...that's a bit of a cheek given how much I pay each month for it and the fact the CPI increase added a load onto the price too!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you had a CPI increase it'll be on contract, not PAYG. So hibernation is not the answer!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
