There is no way of telling what Mobile Broadband Speeds you can get from any Post Code Location, there are just too many variables involved.

On EE 4G Network your speeds will be anything from 1Mbs to a few Hundred Mbs, in a 5G Network Area uour Speeds could be the same or may benefit from a higher Overall Speed depending on the Location.

Best you can do is to Input your Postcode in to EE Coverage Checker ( https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee ) and check for 4G and or 5G Signal Quality, the better the Signal the better chance of good Speeds or ask People near your location.
