4GEE WiFi Mini Lost password

Hi all

The wifi password has been lost and the only instructions i can find online tell me to login to the 4GEE WiFi Mini router and change the password. But I'm not sure how I can login to the router if I'm not connected to it first??

Any suggestions is very appreciated

Connect to it by USB 1st.

Thanks for the message Do I need to download some EE software to do that? Plugging it into my laptop didn't auto boot anything. Couldnt see a way of connecting.

It should come up with a notification to offer to load a Web Connection Drive & then install itself from the device itself. When you connect you should see it listed under the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon.

@emmaunel1 : This user discussion forum does not keep pwds of devices. You could try to raise this with CS. They might have access to a record of them but I doubt it.
