Yep, can't game on it, can't stream on it. Service has been degrading for months and months, called and called, nothing ever gets done. I will soon leave this service in search for something that actually works

Your systems were not working so no one could help me. Unable to see devices or something. Same every time though, not much help. Service is so bad right now, has been for months

No they cant, i just got off the phone and they cannot even look into it. The system for investigating it is not working and has not been working all week. Nothing but useless, you guys on here ask people to do stuff and call tech or send details and NOTHING ever happens.

Why wont you do anything about it, your not some separate company, take some ownership and get the issues sorted or don't bother even asking people stuff. The main reason for me even doing these threads is so that if anyone else is - looking for mobile internet then do not use EE

EE does not work for mobile gaming and is bad for internet

Cannot play xbox or PC or PlayStation using EE

I honestly do wish you the best of luck - I have trialed all the major networks and found EE to be the best, as always it bepends where you are in the country

Here in Leeds, West Yorkshire
EE - 107mbps average

o2 - 7mbps average

Three - 9mbps average

Vodafone: 20mbps

All those speeds fluctuate depending on network congestion, but I found EE to be the most consistent through the days I did my trials of all the networks

the thing is, it used to be great. It's been the last 6 months or so that the service has been crippled. I am in the middle of nowhere but it shouldn't make that much difference.

I've had speeds of 2mbps for the last 3-4 days.

I think the only other option is Starlink, not sure what the latency is like with that though.

The best I have ever seen my 4g here is 80mbps, but that was last year and it wasn't for long. I would say prior to the decline I would get a steady 30mbps, and that was enough, more than enough for me. Its getting to the point where I have to wait 5 mins to even open the speedtest page
