4GEE Mobile Broadband Firewall

I have a 4GEE Router with Mobile Broadband. This page (https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/phones-and-devices/ee/4gee-home-router#settings-and-updates/enable-or-disable-the-firewall) suggests that I should be eable to enable/disable the firewall in the Security section of the router configuration page, but I don't seem to have the option to do so (I've attached an image showing my options) - is there a reason I can't see this? Does the 4GEE Router + Mobile Broadband come with a built in Firewall?

Hi Chris - thanks for looking into this! This is what I can see under Advanced Settings. Clicking into each of these doesn't seem to show anything specifically about a Firewall

Which 4G router is it that you have, @jc3618 and why is it that you're looking to remove the firewall?

It's a 4GEE Router (Model D412C57) - and I'm not trying to remove it, I just wanted to check whether or not the router has one built in (and if it does, whether it's turned on) 🙂

I have the same device and I would like to know if there is anyway to disable the firewall, I have to use a corporate VPN when connected to the internet and this VPN is clashing with the firewall.

This is on as default and unable to be changed.

If you are unable to access the VPN, please contact our tech gurus to get this looked into.
