Hi Iv just changer my internet provider to a 4gee router And since Iv changed to ee both my sons Nintendo switches won’t connect to the internet , is there a problem with Nintendo and ee ?? Thanks jb

What happens when you try to connect the consoles to the internet?

Do you see a particular error message?

Hi James The code is 2811-5003 which is to do with the network , i tried to hot spot it off my phone which is also EE and go the same error code , I know my wifi is working ok as iv got multiple things connected to it and all work ok , I’d did try hot spot on my work phone and the switch connected straight away and my work phone is also EE 🤦‍♂️ I think it must be somthing to do with the settings within my EE family service pack and not the switch

I’m also having this issue! What was the resolution? I’ve reset my 4g router but still no luck!
