Hi, it is been a while i did not use my EE sim card. Then i realised it is suspended, i top up 5 pounds. Though i am abroad. While calling it says that sim card is closed due to debt, however my simcard is prepaid and 24 hrs passed since payment done/ my sim card number: **********

Hi @pheon323

Your number has most likely gone into hibernation as you haven’t used it for so long.

PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of inactivity. You have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is removed forever.

You need to make a chargeable call or text to keep it active.

When did you last use it? You may be able to call EE and get it reactivated.
