Internet Service on Mobile Broadband down (Denmead / Waterlooville area)

My mobile broadband router using EE 4G Sim went offline at 4am this morning. The router is working fine as I tested with another providors sim. Is there some service issue in the area ? If so, what's the outlook, this service runs my security cameras for my business and I can't see what's going on!
