That's no good... I have devices that don't accept DHCP addresses that i intend to use but are currently using addresses in the range that looks like it may be issued by the dongle. It must be possible to find out what the range of addressdes is that the dongle issues?

Hi ... does anybody know what the DHCP range of addresses is issued by the DHCP server of the dongle? I could do with starting and ending addresses, knowing that they be of the foirm: 192.168.1.X to .Y

Alternatively , is it possible to change the DHCP server parametrs to control the range and addresses?

Thanks in advance - sajax

You can view the local IPs assigned to your devices under Status > Connected Devices.

No, I don't like it either. I never use the 4GEE WiFi, preferring the EE Osprey, which does give you control of its DHCP range.

That is completely ridiculous... luckily the unit is brand new and going back... I can't use it if i can't even get the DHCP range what are BT/EE playing at? I'd actually prefer to change the local ip address and the range such that I then don't have to change any of the fixed addresses I already have inserted into the network devices...

Many thanks for your somewhat limited help but very revealing information...

Regards sajaxs
