    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes tried a factory reset. I don’t know if the username and password credentials etc are wrong but it will not connect to the internet via the SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have been using a TP link Archer MR400 in my caravan and placing my EE sim in it from my phone. Admittedly I haven’t needed to do this for some time but now it just will not connect to the internet, other than my phone being changed since I last used it I don’t think anything else has, the sim is still the same. I have tried the following&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Hard reset of router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Updating network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Firmware update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings&lt;BR /&gt;Network mode: 4G preferred&lt;BR /&gt;Band: Auto&lt;BR /&gt;Network search: Auto&lt;BR /&gt;Profile Name: EEInternet&lt;BR /&gt;PDP Type: IPv4&lt;BR /&gt;APN Type: Static&lt;BR /&gt;APN: everywhere&lt;BR /&gt;Username: eesecure&lt;BR /&gt;Password: secure&lt;BR /&gt;Aithentication Type: PAP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did notice the old profile the authentication type was CHAP but from googling it appears this now needs to be PAP which I have done. I really don’t know what else to try so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The phone changing shouldn't have made a difference. Have you tried resetting the router?&lt;/P&gt;
