Are you unable to connect your devices to your 4GEE mini's WiFi network, or do they have no internet connection once connected?

I can connect my devices to the network but it will not give me internet access

Are you using a pay monthly or pay as you go plan?

Have you just purchased it?

Does My EE show you have an activate data allowance?

Pay as you ago was purchased a couple of weeks ago and all was fine and then suddenly stopped giving access. I still have plenty of credit on my account that I have bought

Did My EE show you had an active data add-on?

If you just have credit, you may just need to use it to purchase an add-on via your My EE account.

Yes i have an active data add on of around 18gb purchased for the month, have been using this device for a long time with no issues only now there is a problem

I ma in Europe at present not in the UK as I said it was all good until a few days a go and then just stopped giving access

Hi @ADR48,

Sorry, you can no longer use your UK allowances without a roaming add-on in the EU.

To purchase a roaming add-on, please log in to My EE.
