EE Mobile router IMEI not recognised

Hi, I'm trying to unlock my EE mobile router but the 15 digit number is not recognized. The error just says something went wrong.
The contract (or that part of the contract has ended, I still have my phone with them)
I've been on hold for over an hour and I really need this unlocked. Can anyone help?

If the IMEI is not recognised you would need to call us to get the unlocking request sorted.
