Mini 4G router

I've just been sent a brand new EE Mini 4G router.

I plugged it in for the first time yesterday.

I will need to use it to stay connected all day every day while I'm working, so I've been running it off the mains.

It keeps switching itself off though - even though I'm using it.

Whenever this happens I have to switch it on again and it eventually reconnects.

Can anyone help me fix this? It's really frustrating.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Your WiFi Mini should only switch itself off when it has been idle for a short time. As long as it is transferring data, it should remain powered on.
