Remote access block with 4G EE Hub

I work at a school and am now unable to access our remote server since having a 4G EE hub.

it works if I hotspot off of my Vodafone phone so I know it’s only the EE hub causing the issue.
I have changed my child lock settings to adult already.

EE haven’t been able to help me over the phone but my IT team at work say it’s a known issue with EE security blocking remote access.

has anyone had this issue or can recommend a solution please?

Is the remote server IPv6 ready or does it only allow IPv4 connections?

Hi,
I have the exact same issue with my 5G router.

My schools direct access uses the following:

IPv6 (IP Protocol 41)
SSL (tcp/443)
Teredo (udp/3544)

Any help would be gratefully received as I can't get any work done at home!

Hi,

No. They have looked into the laptop extensively at school and at home and they can’t see any issues. It works correctly when connected to any other provider apart from EE so it must be a problem on EE’s side. I rang yesterday and was on the phone for a very long time but didn’t get anywhere.

I have reset the router a few times and the laptop many times but nothing is working.

WhatsApp and Instagram also won’t work on our phones when connected to the WiFi.
