EE Data Sim Limited on NON-EE Routers?

Hi,

I got a EE router and wanted better wifi connectivity so got non-EE Router (Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2, Set to auto select network). Internet speed is Slow (100 Mbps) and when switched to EE router it is Fast (350+Mbps).

Has a similar experience when using the EE router to connect to another router.

Hi James,

Yes, i did. They asked to check with the Provider as they have no restrictions on what sim is being used. i had similar speed drops on 2 different brands of routers.
