Very slow download speeds

Hi all, I am currently experiencing very poor download speeds ie 0.5Mbs but have good upload around 10-12Mbs. I reside approximately 500 metres from a mast and have line of sight . I have a Huawei B535 router and normally have no issues could there be issues with the mast? Looking for any advice that might help.
