Hi on the top of smart hub is a row of 5 lights one of which is a green envelope and I've looked at what the lights mean and this envelope silhouette means I have sms messages to read, but I don't know how to access?

@Hugo-2022 : Which mobile router do you have? A Smart Hub is a fixed BB router which doesn't have 5 lights one of which is a green envelope.

Usually login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover or on a label & look at the SMS Inbox

My new 4G Hub- WIFI with a sim is flashing green- which I’m told means I have messages but I can fin these online when I logon
