4Gee Router has forgotten my password

I always change the default password on a router, but when I went to the routers management page & it only gives me the option to change it before I can do anything, thats a bit authoritarian isn't it? Now I have changed the password, I went back to the management page today & it didn't recognize my new password or it's old password. This is absolutely rediculous, but nothing I shoudn't expect from BT. Will pressing the reset button reset it to it's old password, or just other settings?

Can you try using admin as the password when you access the management page. Does this work for you?
